Our Staff
Haas and McLennan's professional support staff work with clients on a daily basis and are a major reason why the firm enjoys an outstanding reputation.
Clemie Klancir
Paralegal and Office Manager. Clemie has been a member of the Haas and McLennan team for 25 years. She manages all areas of the office and staff and, in addition, assists Attorney Haas with the preparation of discovery and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. She is also involved in the office's maintenance and updating of its network system. On a personal level, she enjoys spending time her family, entertaining, reading and traveling.
Sue Carlson
Paralegal and Assistant to Doug Haas. Sue aids Attorney Haas by preparing documents and forms related to family law, some of which include initial filings, pleadings and orders and judgment packages. Sue is married with three children. She enjoys gardening, volunteer work and reading in her spare time.
Cathy Armstrong
Paralegal and Assistant to Mary Lou McLennan. Cathy assists Mary Lou McLennan with real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, by preparing all real estate files for closing, handling all correspondence involving real estate transaction issues, meeting with clients and scheduling real estate closings with title companies. Cathy has a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Illinois State University. On a personal level, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteer work and reading.
Larise Scott
Assistant to Mary Lou McLennan. Larise has been with Haas and McLennan for 3 years. She assists Attorney McLennan by managing real estate and will files and also assists Attorney Haas by filing documents at the courthouse. She is currently a student and will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. When she is not studying, she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, reading, taking long walks and listening to music.
